Joseph Mariathasan Thiruchelvam was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka (Ceylon) on September 1st 1934, he died on April 22nd 2012 from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) aged 77 years. Joe is survived by his wife Pauline daughter Sharon son Timothy and four grandchildren Ryan, Elinor, Daniel and Francis. Your prayers, condolences and support have been overwhelming.
